Spay and Neuter Application

Spay & Neuter Assistance Program
The Humane Society of Jackson County ("HSJC") is dedicated to reducing the number of homeless pets in Jackson County by encouraging pet owners to spay and neuter their pets. The Spay & Neuter Assistance Program is designed to help low-income pet owners with the cost of spay and neuter surgeries. With the help of private donations and the support of local veterinarians, HSJC is able to offer spay and neuter services to eligible applicants at a substantially reduced cost.
Eligibility for the Spay & Neuter Assistance Program is open to residents of Jackson County, Georgia only and is based primarily on income level; therefore, each applicant will be asked to disclose personal information so that HSJC may determine whether the applicant meets the requirements for participation in the Spay & Neuter Assistance Program.
