Dear Friend of the Humane Society,
The Humane Society of Jackson County is proud to announce the 8th Annual Fur Ball. Our theme this year will be Prince Hairy Gets Meowied in honor of the upcoming Royal Wedding. This black-tie gala will consist of champagne & signature cocktails, a dinner buffet, The Way Back Band for dancing the night away, auctions, raffle prizes, and fabulous floor show! The festivities will begin at 6:00 pm on Saturday, April 7th at the beautiful Braselton Event Center.
We have opened sponsorship opportunities for this fabulous event and we encourage your participation. The Fur Ball helps us to fund our major programs; rescuing homeless animals, Bountiful Bowls food assistance, spay/neuter and the construction this year on our 31 acres for our animal campus. In 2017 nearly 200 families were helped through our low cost spay/neuter program. Since its inception, HSJC has rescued thousands of cats and dogs. Our Dog Therapy program is delighting nursing home, hospitals and assisted living residents every month. Our goal this year continues to be raising funds to build our shelter, as well as maintain these valuable programs for our residents.
Should you choose not to sponsor, but would like to attend the event, ticket prices are $60 each. You may be interested in a table sponsorship, which are available for $1,000 for a table of 10. And, of course, we welcome any offers of items for our Silent Auction and Raffle prizes. Please see the enclosed form for all sponsorship options. A sponsorship in any amount is welcome, keep in mind that it’s tax deductible as we are 501c3.
Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact either Jessica Beck at Jessica@hsjc.com, Tommy Zilahi at Tommy@hsjc.com or Laura Collier at Laura@BraseltonEventCenter.com. There are forms available and/or pay online www.HSJC.com or mail in a check or money order to address below. Thank you for your consideration of our request for support. We hope you will be able to join us for this gala evening!
